Recovery rates depend on the information provided at placement such as the volume number of accounts, the total monetary amount outstanding among the delinquent accounts, the average balance of the accounts, the date of service pertaining to the accounts, and the information being provided on the accounts. The more information an agency is provided to locate and contact an individual, the higher the rate of recovery.
